Some 70 years ago, Arthur and Ruth Ziegenhorn began building and purchasing commercial properties in Sikeston. After the couple passed away, their son David continued the family tradition by maintaining existing properties and investing in new properties.
Some of our existing tenants include the Sikeston Social Security Administration, Truck Pro, the Missouri Division of Corrections’ Department of Probation & Parole, Garage Door Co. of Sikeston, and Fabrite Welding and Fabrication.
